This AppleScript will generate a spoken name file, optionally looking for first, last, and nicknames, for selected Address Book Contacts. For example, “Jennifer Frickin’ Connelly is calling….”. So, yesterday the iPhone DevTeam posted a new info article on their blog, where they informed people that the battery loss is not caused by UltraSn0w, and they also advised people to set their iPhones as a “New Phone” when they restore and not use the backup, because it seems that is the reason for the battery drain.

HowTo: Fix Cydia Suddenly Crash

After scooping and asking around, i found out there is not certain why this is happening, but it seems to be related to the BigBoss’s repository . So , the only way to be able to load Cydia again, w/o having to re-jailbreak, is to delete the repository and re-add it.

Vocalia: Get iPhone 3Gs’s Voice Control On iPhone 2G/3G and iTouch

Vocalia is an AppStore app that has been updated yesterday version 2.0, with a series of improvements that make the application more like the Voice Control on iPhone 3GS. Obviously this is also compatible with iPhone 2G/3G and iTouch.

Vocalia is able to recognize your voice and, through some commands can access the contacts, the musical library and Safari bookmarks. At the time supported languages for speech recognition are English, German and French, and Italian and Danish are scheduled this summer.

iPhone 3Gs: Most Adventurous Cell Phone Yet. Car and Bike
