Just a quick heads-up: Apple has released iOS 6.1.1 for iPhone 4S only. The new updated was pushed to fix a bug that was affecting 3G performance for a lot of customers on various carriers. The new update can be downloaded OTA or via ipswDownloader.
The good news is that, evad3rs has updated evasi0n to v 1.3 to fully support the newly released iOS 6.1.1. To download the new evasi0n and learn how to use it to jailbreak your iOS device, check out this tutorial.
NOTE: if you want to jailbreak your devie, make a backup and properly restore your device in iTunes. Do NOT make an OTA update.
