If you know what you’re looking for, you can search by name, description, author, version number or one of the many other search filters, which should make short work of finding what you’re looking for.
Once you’ve located a package you’re interested in, you can check out who wrote it, the price, the current version, which repository it’s stored on, as well as view the actual Cydia entry as it would appear on an iPhone.
