Less than a week after news broke of Apple announcing its highly anticipated iPad Mini this month, the Cupertino, CA. company confirmed the rumors by sending out an invitation to a media event at the California Theatre in San Jose on October 23.
In Apple fashion, the invitation doesn’t reveal much. It simply reads, “We’ve got a little more to show you.”
Reports have Apple releasing a smaller iPad that will run iOS 6, sport a 7.85-inch display, and be priced to compete with the Kindle Fire HD and Google Nexus tablet.
Another report also said Apple will unveil a smaller, 13-inch version of its MacBook Pro with Retina Display at the event.
