We are following this story since Adobe announced their upcoming Fash CS5 which will include Packager for iPhone. There already is an app in the appstore that was developed with Flash CS5, and once CS5 will hit the masses the source code for the app will be made public. Adobe already published a 20+ minutes demo video of Flash CS5 in action, and now they published a video demoing a few applications made using their upcoming CS5.
It is clear that Adobe wants to penetrate the platform with or without Apple’s approval. The only thing is that ( mostly Mac users ) know why they don’t want Flash on their iDevices. And the truth is far from reasons like “battery consumption”. On main reasons is that, Flash is really really buggy on Apple products. So , we’ll just have to wait and see…
