New Apple CEO Tim Cook hasn’t yet presided over any runaway successes during his seven-month reign atop the company, but his employees still seem to love him almost unconditionally. According to employer reviews site Glassdoor, Cook has a 97% approval rating, just slightly higher than Steve Jobs’ 95% rating in his last year as CEO of Apple.

In fact, Cook leads all tech CEOs, with Qualcomm’s Paul E. Jacobs at number two with 95%. Surprisingly, the popularity of Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos is on the wane over the past year, during which Amazon had success with the release of the Kindle Fire—his popularity dropped 5% to 79%.
