- go to System/Library/PreferenceBundles/MobileSlideShowSettings.bundle
- find Photos.plist and back it up. than replace it with this file
- go to English.lproj
- find Photo.strings and back it up. than replace it with this file
- respring your iPhone
- go to Settings/Photos/Transition and have fun
