New day..and new section for Cydia, thanks to the Spirit jailbreak. Now with the iPad jailbroken, an app that was rejected by Apple, can now be had for free in Cydia.
Dashboard brings Mac widgets to your iPad. These are basically the same widgets you use on your Mac, and can even go to the Apple download page from with in the app and download, and install more. Of course, not all of the Mac widgets will work, but it’s still a great idea, and may push some devs into developing iPad versions.
For widgets that use realtime data, you will need some sort of data connection. This is where the 3G iPad would come in handy. And of course you will need a jail broken iPad.
