About one year ago, RipDev team closed its doors and stop the development on tools such as Icy, a lighter alternative to Cydia. The project was picked up by WeAmDev, and it was released with support for iOS4. According to most of you, Icy is not such a hot deal these days, because of the new Cydia update ( see UI changes, what’s ‘under the hood’ and how to manually install it ) but if , by any chance, you want to give Icy a try, here’s what you need to do…
1. Load Cydia
2. Add source: apt.robinofree.com
3. Install Icy…
4. Play with it for a couple of minutes…
5. Delete it, and stick with Cydia…
