Of course it will depend on the carrier, but usually the UK decides the prices in Europe, and they say $1 = €1 . So if the starting price of iPad in the US will be $499, it will probably cost around €499 in Europe. Somebody get them an up to date exchange rate.

iPad is a bit more than an iTouch, and it is working with almost all of the apps in the appstore , straight out of the box. Our developer friends reported some changes in the new SDK such as a new media player and quartz core framework
