StifleStand: Hide Newsstand In A Folder Without Jailbreaking [VIDEO]

Now you can hide NewsStand in iOS 5 and iOS 6 without jailbreaking your phone

For me, one of the most useless apps that was ever included on iOS was NewsStand. I refuse to pay the extortionate rates for newspapers or magazines available within the store, when I can just check it out on the web or grab a cheaper copy from my local newsagents.

The particularly annoying thing about it all is the fact that I can’t even hide the app inside a folder. Now you can, thanks to StifleStand by developer Filippo Bigarella.

Simply plug in ANY iDevice running Apple’s latest and greatest OS, click on ‘Hide Newsstand’ and voila! Newsstand in a folder!
