Steve Jobs, Apple’s late founder and visionary, is one of the 20 most influential Americans of all time, according to Time magazine.
Time published their list as an excerpt from the forthcoming book The 100 Most Influential People of All Time, and it also includes Muhhamed Ali, George Washington, Henry Ford and Albert Einstein.
Jobs, of course, has been credited with creating the personal computer industry and revolutionizing the mobile phone, music and tablet industries among other. Time had this to say in their write up:
“Jobs was a visionary whose great genius was for design: he pushed and pushed to make the interface between computers and people elegant, simple and delightful. He always claimed his goal was to create products that were “insanely great.” Mission accomplished.”
