President Obama told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos in an interview on Monday that Apple founder Steve Jobs gifted him an iPad which he uses to read newspapers that he used to read in print.

Obama said he also looks at blogs on the tablet, but that he doesn’t comment on what he reads. He said that if he did once he would be worried he wouldn’t be able to stop, and that he has other work to do.

Obama in the interview:

Steve Jobs actually gave it to me, a little bit early. Yeah, it was cool. I got it directly from him.
