Apple/Google Mobile Space Rivalry

Although they both started in quite different markets, both companies evolved into powerhouses which pretty much gives them the right to play in any sandbox they choose. The problem is that they chose to invade each other’s turf.

Apple and Google – one time friends – started a fight for the ages because they offer the best that Silicon Valley has to offer. You might remember that Apple had to buy Ad firm Quattro because Google snatched Admob without Apple even having time to make an offer. And that’s how it all started.

Although they both started in quite different markets, both companies evolved into powerhouses which pretty much gives them the right to play in any sandbox they choose. The problem is that they chose to invade each other’s turf.
