Apple Goes After Samsung in U.S Patent Case

A preliminary injunction has been filed against Samsung over how the Galaxy Nexus utilises four patents currently held by Apple.
All four patents are software-based, meaning that the Cupertino outfit are being as coy as they can in pursuing Android, not Samsung.

This is obvious due to the fact that the Galaxy Nexus, currently the flagship Android device, has had none of the usual Samsung alterations to the OS which, happens 99% of the time where Andriod is concerned. This is one court battle which will be very exciting to watch.
