An Awesome CLI Tool to Get Info About Movies and TV Shows

If you love movies and TV shows, here’s a nifty little command line tool that will make your life much easier when researching what you’re going to watch next.

movie-cli is a free and open source command line tool that uses the OMDb API ( the open movie database ) to fetch and deliver info about movies and TV shows.

You can install movie-cli by running npm i -g movie-cli. Once installed, you can:

• • Search a movie or a TV show with movie name
  • Compare two movies or TV Shows with movie name :: name
