iPhone Explorer is a handy application for Mac and Windows that can be used to replace CyberDuck or WinSCP because it allows users to use an iPhone as a flash drive to access all the system files.
The application is completely free and you can download it from here. Once started and connected the iPhone / iTouch will be able to move between different folders and if you have a jailbroken device can gain access to the root directory.
iPhone Explorer comes with a couple of pre-defined paths, but you can edit a couple of blank paths, in order to have quick access to some location you might frequently access ( i.e. /Library/Theme/ )
I didn’t find a way to launch a terminal or change permissions using iPhone Explorer, and because of that, for me this will be an app that i will use when i need quick access to let’s say photos. This is a great app non the less, and i can’t wait to see what features will the devs add in the upcoming updates.
