All kidding aside, it does look useful. Cab drivers will pay $10-$15 per month to be hooked up to the service which will display GPS beacons on the spots where people are waiting to be picked up. From a consumer point of view, it’s just another free app that makes life easier when on a less travelled street.

ZabKab is available for free as an universal app ( iPhone and iPad ) in the app store
