Turn Your iPhone Into A Universal Remote Control

This is not just a remote control for your TV and DVR, but also an on screen presenter and you can create your own remote control.

A month ago, during the CES 2010 show , we told you that starting February we will be able to use our iPhone and iTouch as a universal remote control. Today, we’re going to take a look at yet another company , ThinkOptics, that presented such a device during the CES. This is not just a remote control for your TV and DVR, but also an on screen presenter and you can create your own remote control.

ThinkOptics is in the final stages of development for the device, and it will be available sometime in May. The price for just the attachment will be around $50, and the full PC control with the USB dongle and tracker the price will be around $80. Of course this will be paired with an app that will be free.
