Saurik just released an update to Cycript which brings support for iOS 7 and ARM64 device with tons of new features, almost all of which are now documented in the new manual, on the new website. http://www.cycript.org/

Cycript is an Objective-C/JavaScript hybrid that provides a live console for injecting into existing applications, either on Mac OS X or iOS. However, while developers are often very interested in the tool, it mostly has only been applicable to development on jailbroken devices.

In the video below, Jay Freeman (saurik) shows off the new version of Cycript that is now fully supported on Mac OS X (all versions from 10.6 through 10.9) and which can easily target the iOS Simulator. Additionally, he explains how this new version of Cycript can be used from Xcode as part of debugging an application “on device”.

WinterBoard-iOS7-FSMdotCOMGood new for themers: Saurik, the creator of Cydia, updated WinterBoard to v0.9.3912 with support for iOS 7 devices, and support for 64bit devices( iPhone 5s, iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina display ). Saurik says that the new WinterBoard “seems” compatible with 64bit devices, which means that there might be bugs left and theme creators are encouraged to get involved and report any crashes and bugs.

WinterBoard allows you to give your iOS device a graphical overhaul! It provides hooks that let graphics artists safely and simply theme almost anything in iOS, including third party software downloaded from App Store. Multiple theme packages can be installed at once using the configuration interface: simply drag themes into a priority order.

WinterBoard is available for free in Cydia via Cydia/Telesphoreo repo ( default repo ).
