New day, new app in Cydia: Landscape Lock Rotation. This tweak changes the behavior of the Rotation Lock icon located in your device’s multitasking dock, near your music playback controls. It normally only locks for portrait orientation, but using this tweak, you can lock the screen to the device’s current orientation, allowing landscape lock rotation as well as portrait.
NOTE: Requires iOS 4.0+ and enabled multitasking capability
