New day new toggle in Cydia: NoCyfresh. This toggle will allow you to enable/disable the automatic Cydia refresh of packages upon loading the app. Most of the times you will want to load Cydia and install a specific package, and this is when this toggle comes handy. Instead of waiting for ever on Cydia to load, you just turn on this toggle, and Cydia will load much faster. You can always refresh the list of packages, by going to the Changes tab and tap on the refresh button.

NOTE: requires you to respring your iDevice after installation
