About a month ago we’ve talked about SmartScreen, remember? Smart screen is developed by WizDaz ( a member of the iPhone DevTeam ) and MediaPhone are announcing SmartScreen: an application for the iPhone and iPod touch that will allow informational widgets to be placed and used on the lock screen.
At the moment , or better said, when it will be released in Cydia, SmartScreen will have only two widgets but this will be updated with more widgets like a weather widget, a calendar widget etc. The iPhone DevTeam is working on a widget for SmartScreen as well, and by using it, you will be able to keep yourself up to date in real time. In addition, the developers will release an SDK for the application that you can use to create new widgets.
