Harman Kardon’s Invoke, Powered by Cortana [video]

Harman Kardon unveils its new voice activated speaker, powered by Cortana. The new personal digital assistant will be available later this year.

Harman/Kardon has teamed up with Microsoft to unveil a new voice activated speaker – “Invoke”.

Powered by Cortana, the Harman/Kardon-made speaker lets you play music, place Skype calls, control your smart home devices  and perform other tasks just by talking in its direction.

Unlike most of its competitors, Invoke brings three woofers and three tweeters hidden in a stylish aluminum shell.

Set up will require Cortana app for Windows 10 PC or phone, Android 4.1.2 or higher or iPhone 4 with iOS 8 or higher.

The Harman/Kardon Invoke will be available this fall and price is yet to be announced. For more info on the Invoke, check out the official website.
