New day, new tweak in Cydia: GridTab For Safari. This tweak enables your opened Safari tabs to show in a grid, making it much easier to navigate through tabs this way.
GridTab For Safari does not have a settings menu or any icons showing on your SpringBoard and it will be applied only for Safari’s tab screen.
NOTE: requires iOS 4.0+ and it won’t work on the iPad
