Gorillaz dropped today their long awaited, and uber publicized album: The Fall. All tracks on the album were written and performed by Gorillaz using the iPad and additional instruments: Korg Vocoder, Ukelele, Microkorg, Omnichord, Moog Voyager, Melodica, Guitar, Piano, Korg Monotron.

The album, which has of 15 tracks, was created using the following iPad applications: Speak It! / SoundyThingie / Mugician / Solo Synth / Synth / Funk Box / Gliss / AmpliTube / Xenon / iElectribe / BS-16i / M3000 HD / Cleartune / iOrgel HD / Olsynth / StudioMiniXI / BassLine / Harmonizer / Dub Siren Pro / Moog Filatron

Phoner To Arizona was offered today as a first look at the Gorillaz album. A visual also accompanies the single, as just days ago a lackluster version hit the web which ultimately led them to unveil the official version. “Phoner To Arizona” also serves as their lead single from The Fall, while all fifteen tracks are available now to preview through the band’s website here.
