Apple is set to drop iOS 4.3.1 in 1-2 weeks, and it will contain minor bug fixes hence the build number. BGR gets a first hands-on the new build, and they are reporting that ‘it really does look as if iOS 4.3.1 will simply fix bugs, hence the version numbering. Battery life seems a tad bit better, though that’s not scientific at all.’
