UC Browser is a new iPhone web browser ( NOT based on WebKit ). TheUI is not the best, but it comes packed with functions:
- file compression to save precious KB off your data plan
- download manager – you can stop and resume downloads
- cache for pages, so you can switch between pages without having to reload them every time
