Trick Your iPhone Into Thinking Its On Wi-Fi

• load Cydia
• tap search tab at the bottom of the screen
• search for VoIPover3G by crash-x, and install it

You can now use  the App Store, Fring, Truphone, and the iTunes Store while on 3G. Your phone will act as you are on Wi-Fi.
