First day of WWDC 09 just wrapped up. Big disappointment. We get a new iPhone 3GS which is really disappointing and the new iPhone OS 3.0 which mi love long time.
First day of WWDC09 is over. We all waited this day , and we waited for some new exciting iPhone news. The keynote was pretty boring and disappointing. They presented the iPhone OS 3.0 which was really boring because they pretty much said everything they said before, and on the hardware part…. ohh man…. that is dissapointing: same look, VGA camera and pretty much not really worth upgrading.For all of you US users, AT&T is pretty lame and its screwing with your emotions. iPhone OS 3.0 brings us MMS, but you wont be able to use it till later this summer. There is no doubt that in June at WWDC there will be a new iPhone unveilled. To many rumours, there a new OS available for developers and it will be available to consumers in June and so on. 9to5 Mac pretty much sums it up and give us top 10 reasons why we should expect a new iPhone :
AT&T is selling refurbs for $99 (again) with activation and plan
O2 is giving away free iPhones with their low cost plans (not their expensive plans)
AT&T and Apple are now selling iPhones without contract (or second line) knowing that more will go Jailbroken this way. (If you have $600-$700 to spend)
France is now selling them unlocked at department stores.
China Unicom might get offloaded a few million on May 17th, ahead of new model.
AT&T executives have the new models for testing and are so excited they can’t keep their mouths shut.
UK retailers are selling unlocked 3G iPhones.
WWDC, the traditional launching pad for new iPhones was announced yesterday. It will be June 8-12th.
Remember all of those extra iPhone part numbers found in the 3.0 build? Yeah, those can’t all be Tablets.
Steve Jobs is coming back at the end of June. You don’t think he will be empty handed do you?
Did pigs start to fly or am i on dope? Probably both because Apple already announced the WWDC 09. For those of you that probably wonder, this kind of came as a shock after keeping the WWDC dates a mystery for quite sometime. Does this crisis do miracles on some levels, or they are loosing territory lately, i wonder what it could be?
The World Wide Developers Conference 2009 will star on June 8th and it will end on June 12th , and it will be held at Moscone West, San Francisco.As usual, there will be sessions for iPhone and Mac. Sessions for Snow Leopard will also be included. This might help the developer’s get some apps out earlier when the new OSX launches.
Complete event scheduled is yet to be announced. The tickets are available from Apple Online Store. Price will be $1295 for early adopters till 24th April, which will increase to $1595 after that. After you read this prices, i think you will understand the picture attached to this post…
