VMware Fusion 4 Available Now With Full OS X Lion Support [video]

VMware announced Fusion 4 today, the latest version of its virtualization software, and, as you’d expect, it pledges to play nice OS X Lion. In addition to fully supporting Lion features like Spotlight, though, it makes Windows look more like, well, a Mac.

VMware announced Fusion 4 today, the latest version of its virtualization software, and, as you’d expect, it pledges to play nice OS X Lion. In addition to fully supporting Lion features like Spotlight, though, it makes Windows look more like, well, a Mac. The software includes improved support for Expose and Spaces on the Windows side, and adds the ability to use Mission Control and launch Windows apps from Launchpad.

VMware View Client For The iPad Available In The App Store [video]

VMware View Client for iPad makes it easy to access your Windows virtual desktop from your iPad with the best possible user experience on the Local Area Network (LAN) or across a Wide Area Network (WAN).

Back in October last year, we showed you a video of Scott Davis, CTO End User Computing, showing off an early alpha of the VMware View Client for the iPad. Today the app is available in the app store.  VMware View Client for iPad makes it easy to access your Windows virtual desktop from your iPad with the best possible user experience on the Local Area Network (LAN) or across a Wide Area Network (WAN).
