In case you missed it, evasi0n7 was updated twice today. Once to v1.0.3 to include support for iOS 7.1b3 and various fixes, and one more time just now to v1.0.4 which includes important untether security fixes for the jailbreak of iOS 7.
Existing jailbreakers will be able to install the update via Cydia as soon as Saurik refreshes his repo. If you want to jailbreak your device, download evasi0n7 v1.0.4 below and follow this tutorial

About a week ago, we told you that pod2g has joined forces with planetbeing, MuscleNerd and p0sixninja and they are all working together now to find a way to release the iPhone 4S/iPad 2 jailbreak. Well it turns out this jailbreak is truly going to be a team effort, and according to MuscleNerd saurik made some major contributions yesterday and they’ve moved forward. He apparently made some huge progress with A5 devices and he just announced that the jailbreak will be released in a week ( please don’t bitch about it if it’s going to be a week and a half or two weeks ).
