iPhone Rated Number 1 In Customer Satisfaction For The Seventh Time In A Row

Apple makes a lot of bold claims about its iPhone, but as long as it keeps getting reviews like this, the company will always be able to back them up.

For the seventh time in a row, JD Power & Associates’ customer satisfaction survey has found the Cupertino company on top among smartphone owners. Out of a possible score of 1,000, Apple earned a score of 839, 64 points above the industry average, and 41 points above the second-place finisher, HTC.
