GreenPois0n RC4 Available Now. Added iPod Touch 2G Support ( MC and MB )

Just a quick heads-up: the Chronic DevTeam just pushed greenpois0n RC4 which comes with support for the iPod Touch 2G, MC and MB, both untethered.

Greenpois0n To Be Released By The End Of The Week

Posixninja just announced that everything is on track and they don’t expect anymore roadblocks with greenp0ison.

As pod2g said, binary dates for the world: 101010101010 !!! Posixninja just announced that everything is on track and they don’t expect anymore roadblocks with greenp0ison. Greenpois0n is the first tool to use the SHAtter exploit and it will be a universal jailbreak for iOS 4.1. At the moment, that’s all we can tell you, but we will keep you updated. Stay tuned…

P0sixNinja Released Four New Jailbreak Utilities And New Greenpois0n Components Source Codes

Today, P0sixninja released four new jailbreak utilities and new greenpois0n components source codes.

A few days ago we told you that P0sixNinja released the source-code of Greenois0n (pre-alpha). Today, he released four new jailbreak utilities and new greenpois0n components source codes. Also, as soon as OS 4.0 leaves the beta stage, P0sixNinja is planning to release an improved version of genpass, which is used to generate vfdecrypt keys to decrypt iPhone filesystems.

Pre-Alpha Greenpois0n Source Code Released

Since this is a pre-alpha release, it has no use for the end user. They released this code for all the other hackers in the community, but the actual tool should be released really soon and only then we will see how it works and it will be really useful for the end user.

The name ‘Greenpois0n’ hunts us for a long time now, but Posixninja ( member of Chronic Dev Team ) finally released it. Well not really, he only released the source code of the pre-alpha tool. Since this is a pre-alpha release, it has no use for the end user.
