Heartbleed Sale: 1Password For iOS and OS X Available For 50% Off

1Password is now 50% off

1password-FSMdotCOMEven though Apple confirmed that the Heartbleed vulnerability doesn’t affect iOS, OS X and ‘key web services’, security experts have reminded users to update passwords across any sites that may have been affected, but only after the companies have updated their security software.

It has also been suggested that people start using password management tools like Lastpass, 1Password and Apple’s own Safari Browser password generator in order to keep track of multiple passwords across various accounts, rather than using one single password phrase for every account.

Having said that, the guys at AgileBits slashed down the price on 1Password for iOS and OS X. You can now get 1Password for iOS for $8.99 ( normally $18 – iTunes link ) and 1Password for OS X for $24.99 ( normally $50 – Mac App Store link )
