First Nocturnal Video Shot With iPhone 3Gs

First nocturnal video shot with the new iPhone 3Gs just appeared on the internet. The quality of the video seems to be excellent.

The iPhone 3Gs camera seem to be really improved from the 3G. Also , iPhone 3Gs Has The Ability To Shoot 720p Video , but the video feature didnt impress me that much until i saw this video.

The quality appears to be excellent and with all of our JB video recording apps, iPhone 3G and iPhone 2G user will never be able to shot such a video.

iPhone 3Gs Has The Ability To Shoot 720p Video?

Rapid Repair has done a teardown of the new iPhone revealing a Samsung chipset and the capability to record 720p video.

Rapid Repair has done a teardown of the new iPhone revealing a Samsung chipset and the capability to record 720p video.

The chipset has been identified as the SoC S5PC100 from Samsung meaning an ARM Cortex A8 which runs at 600 MHz (can operate at up to 833MHz). Also discovered was the PowerVR SGX for graphics and 256MB of RAM.

According to Engadget these features give the iPhone 3G S the ability to record 720p video and handle real-time video conferencing should Apple choose to go in that direction.

First videos recorded with the new iPhone 3Gs were posted on YouTube today

One of the most interesting features of iPhone 3Gs, is that it is capable to record video. With the new 3 MP camera you can record video and edit it from within the iPhone than upload it to YouTube and other services.

This feature will be available only on the iPhone 3Gs, but im sure that somebody will port it to , at least, iPhone 3G as well. Of course to the jailbroken iPhone users, this is not such a big deal ,because we/they could record video for a long time using such 3rd party apps as CyCorder.
