iOS 7 brings a lot of changes to the lock screen, but every time you get notifications or you slide to unlock and reveal the passcode dialer the wallpaper is blurred and darkened so everything will be more visible. If you’re looking to remove that blur and darkness you should take a look at a new Cydia tweak ( via BigBoss repo ) called NoBlur. The tweak comes with its own preference pane in the Settines.app but its only option is to enable or disable the tweak. The tweak is simple and does exactly what it advertises.
