Today Apple released iPhone OS 3.1 beta 3 for developers. All the people who are currently using Beta 2 should update as soon as it expires on July 28 at 18:00.
Before you could only copy and paste pictures, but now on beta 3 you can do videos as well. Although, if they are too large (usually more than 1 min) they will not paste into email
