Oddly enough, even though the fake iCade retailed for $150 on ThinkGeek, the real iCade will undercut that by $50, despite knowing in advance that thousands of people would gladly pay such a price point.

Back in April, we showed you the best April Fools day prank ever: the iCade Game Cabinet, which even if it was a prop it was on sale for $150. Well this year’s CES bring the iCade to life.

A First Look At Boxee App For The iPad [video]

Boxee is the super-slick video software that makes online video easy and social. It’s the single best reason to own an older Apple TV

The iPad app is just like Boxee on a Mac or Apple TV: it makes it easy to find and share online video on your iPad. You can even stream video from your iPad to your TV (a la AirPlay). Using ultrasound technology, Elliptic Labs’ dock for the iPad creates a “touchless zone” around the tablet that detects the user’s hand motions.

Using ultrasound technology, Elliptic Labs’ dock for the iPad creates a “touchless zone” around the tablet that detects the user’s hand motions. The technology is similar to the motion controls that come with Kinect and a similar demo had been portrayed by the company during the IFA in September 2010.
