Epson HD 720p All-in-One Projector, Speaker and Apple-Device Dock Combo

The Epson Megaplex Projector solves this problem by building an iPad, iPhone, and iPod dock directly into its dual 10-watt speaker laden back, while a 3LCD projection system blasts out a 720p image at up to 2800 lumens.

One of the big problems with portable projectors is content — while the projector itself might be easy to carry around, your satellite service? Not so much. DROID X vs. iPhone 4: 720p HD Videos Comparison

We showed you a HTC Evo vs. iPhone 4 720p HD videos comparison here, and now it’s time to see a battle between the DROID X and the iPhone 4. Note that the iPhone 4 has a 5MP camera while the DROID X has a 8MP camera.

The DROID X records 720p video at 24 fps, while the iPhone 4 records at 30 fps. While 6 fps seems negligible you can really tell the difference in both the indoor and outdoor tests we did. Another thing we noticed is file size. The DROID X records in the 3GP MPEG-4 format, and our 36 second clip was 102.4 MB.

iPhone To Get 720p Video Playback And Recording?

The MediaValidator preferences list file for the now allows videos as wide as 1280 pixels and a total 921,000 pixel count, or enough to match the 1280×720 resolution of 720p.

Since the new iPhone 3.2 SDK is out everybody is hunting for hints on what the next generation iDevices will bring us. So far we got the code name of the next gen iPhone , possible new syncing support with iPhone OS 3.2 ( not in the SDK ) , and now it seems that the next gen iPhone might also get 720p video playback and probably recording.
