The developer of PushFix has released a new app called MiTime which activates FaceTime on phones that are operating on unofficial carriers such as T-Mobile US. It should work worldwide and will use two SMS messages to activate. You must be able to receive an international SMS message to get activated ( If you have any doubt, please use this site to test whether you can receive a message from the UK – the default setting ).
