Apple is keep on working on the appstore. Now developers more information regarding the approval status of your application(s) and since today, Apple made their appstore links look “pretty”.
Until yesterday, the link for all the apps in the appstore , had a cryptic description and they looked like this:
http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=336009164&mt=8
Today, each link contains the name of the application,information on nationality and is shorter
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/payupsucker/id336009164?mt=8
To make it even easier to remember, Apple also makes available links like:
http://www.itunes.com/apps/payupsucker
Finally Apple get’s it. I’m surprised it took them this long to implement this “pretty links”. Wonder if this pretty links will boost sales….
