New day, new app in Cydia: Display Recorder. A few weeks ago, we told you that Ryan Petrich is working on a real-time high quality screen recorder for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Well the app is finally here, and the vid above is recorded with this app and uploaded directly from an iPhone 3Gs to YouTube.
The apps will work on iPhone 3Gs and iTouch 3rd gen only and it features:
- records directly to high quality AVI
- web interface to manage recordings
- on-device YouTube uploading
- adjustable framerate and quality settings
- hardware accelerated video encoding
- activator integration for quick access
- remote control via web interface
