Add Cellular Data Editing Back To Your iPhone Settings

So you updated your 3G[S]  to 3.1 and got you’re JailBreak on? You even got your updated carrier file for enabling MMS on AT&T…but you don’t use the iPhone data package, and you need to edit the Cellular Data strings to take advance of that. Wait, where did that Cellular Data tab go?

Apple Giveth, Apple taketh away. Here’s how to get it back.SSH or use something like Diskaid to access your root files and head over to var/mobile/library/Carrier Bundle.bundle and replace the carrier.plist with this one or just edit your plist by adding the following strings…

Now reboot your iPhone and you can now edit all of those settings. Some before and after shots.

Unfortunately, this does not enable tethering on iPhone 3.1 on AT&T…yet.
