The service pack is only available for a few people now since it’s in beta state but you can trick your system to install it. the new sp2 comes with :

• new version of the internal search engine Windows Search 4.0,who is supositely better and faster,it’s also the one the current beta of windows 7 has
• it also comes with the newest specifications of the bluetooth tehnology with Bluetooth 2.1 Feature Pack
• native suport for Blu-Ray
• a utilitary who simplifies the configuration of Wi-Fi connections, named Connect Now
• all the updates from the launch of SP1 to this moment

Now , this is a 4 step process so lets begin :

1.

you save this file into your pc right click on it and choose RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. a MS DOS window will open and you close it using any key on your keyboard.

2. install update KB957200
open WINDOWS UPDATE from CONTROL PANEL and install KB957200. this update isn’t visible unless you install the saved file from above. if the update doesn’t show in the list of WINDOWS UPDATE press the CHECK FOR UPDATES link,you install it and restart the system

3. install update KB955430
after you re-open windows ,go again to WINDOWS UPDATE and install another update Vista SP2 Servicing Stack Update Build 16497 (KB955430).then you restart again the system.

4. now you must return again to WINDOWS UPDATE and you will se the list of available SP2 updates.the file is 300mb in size.then restart again the pc.

it’s possible like in some cases the first update KB957200 doesn’t show in WIN UPDATE,and SP2 won’t need it to be installed.this means the only update needed is the second update KB955430.

NOTE:
now remeber it’s still beta,and it has bugs
