On to day three! Up next we have the Apple TV cover from iCarbons for your reviewing pleasure.

Before you do anything, stop and look over at your Apple TV. Some might argue it has it’s own air of beauty around it, but most of us when we look at it don’t have much of an opinion. This is because it is nothing more then a little shiny black hockey puck of a thing. When was the last time you bragged on how cool your Apple TV looked?  Likely never. Why? Simply put, its boring.

First of all, I would like to welcome you all to iCarbons week here at FSM! This promises to be an awesome week, full of great products and even better giveaways! So without further stalling… let’s jump right into it!

For our first feature this week, we have the iCarbons Macbook Cover. Now I don’t know about you, but personally the idea of walking around with a big clunky case on my MacBook is a bit of a downer. For starters, it hides the elegance that was so painstakingly created by our favorite company. Additionally they add weight and just make things cumbersome. Unfortunately these detractors are a necessity to keep our computers beautiful, even if it’s only on the inside.

Quite often when you work for a site like this, you are asked to review various things. Most of the time the first reaction is, “wow! another ‘random’ app” or you just sigh and hope that the app/product is at least half as good as the dev/company claims it is. This is pretty much the norm. Not in any way glamorous, but we do enjoy bringing you guys the best of the best ( and believe me, we leave A LOT of stuff on the cutting room floor). Every once in a while though, a company reaches out to you and makes you truly excited. This is one of those times.

Recently we ran a little review featuring the new iCarbons smart cover kit. It was pretty well received. In fact, it even garnered an email from the good folks at iCarbons just to say thanks. Always exciting to be sure, but the big news was yet to come. They were so enamored by our review that they have asked us to review practically their entire Apple related line!

There are over 12,000 some odd themes available for download in Cydia. Some free, some paid. Most of the more complete ones, as one would expect, are the latter. One of the newest themes on the block is iNeoNox. This is a complete theme package that will literally skin, for better or worse, your entire iOS device in one swoop. It is retina ready, and although normally that is a very good thing, this time it just shows off more of the tackiness… As you know themes are very subjective. Some people I’m sure will think this theme is awesome and show it off with pride. The rest of us will look on bemused, wondering what the hell they were smoking. Check it out on Cydia if you feel so inclined.

As we are experiencing right now, every once in a while Cydia is flooded with new jailbreak tweaks every day that do every sort of thing. It’s very easy for a useful one to get lost in the flood. One such app, released yesterday is called RunningList.

First of all, let me just say that I am doing this review because I am a HUGE fan of this company’s product. They did NOT reach out to us for this review. I’m just very happy with how it turned out and wanted to share.

As we have previously covered in an earlier post, iCarbons.com are the makers of some pretty sweet protective skins for your assorted electronic devices. They come in many cool patterns, such as black carbon fiber, white carbon fiber, and various different types of wood.

New day.. New game in the app store. That’s how most reviews begin on this site. But being that I’m here to add a new voice… we aren’t going to do that this time. So rather then the generic canned statements to start things off, lets just jump right into the meat of it.

We all have stuff to do. And we all need reminders, list and nudges to keep us on track. You could use the stock Apple notes app, and sync thru email or pay the 99$ and use mobile me syncing. Too expensive? Notacious takes care of that for you at a much better price.
